Food Allergy Report 2010
Killer cuisine! If you serve food you DO NOT want to miss this meeting!
The one thing we all love at our events is indulging in delicious, inspired and exotic cuisine created by our many local talented chefs. But for those suffering from food allergies trying out new concoctions can be intimidating and often hazardous to their health.
At the April NACE meeting find out more about the areas of food allergies that effect the food service industry the most. You'll learn:
o Top 8 food allergens
o Hidden allergens
o Labeling facts and misconceptions
o Prevention and treatment
The newly reimagined River Club at Confluence Park is our host for this special LUNCH meeting with beautiful views of the rivers and downtown Columbus.
Menu: Chicken Cordon Bleu with Whole Grain Mustard Sauce, Herb whipped potatoes, chef's vegetable melange + white chocolate raspberry cake!
April Event Spotlight: Blaire Blechinger with The Blackwell!
